Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for certain merchandise. For health, hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following products are considered final sales and cannot be tested for defects. Therefore, we cannot process returns or offer refunds for these merchandise.

We ask for your understanding, as the sensitivity of the design and the inability to verify defects make it impossible to accept returns.

Any order-related issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. We will help troubleshoot and provide assistance on a case-by-case basis.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will review the issue in accordance with our policy.

Final sale, Clearance or Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Unfortunately the following are final sale items and are unable to be tested for defects due to health, safety, and legal reasons; we are unable to accept them as returns. Due to the sensitive nature of their design, and that we are unable to test for defects due to obvious health and safety reasons we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
